Yep, got it turned all the way up and have moved it everywhere in between.
Tried music vol up, down, middle. Same with the other vol control, nothing.
Card works fine for everything else, just not EQ so far.

Have you tried turning sound realism up in the controls? I've got an A3D
card (Turtle Beach Montego) and it's worked fine since they put the 3d
sound in in beta 4. I haven't updated my drivers since then either. The
realism control in the game defaults to half way IIRC.
