 </span></blockquote>The group leader is there for many reasons.  One of those is to,<br/>
surprise of surprises, lead the group.  If somebody in the group<br/>
isn&#39;t &#39;towing the pary line&#39; ;) then it is the responsibility of<br/>
the group leader to rectify that situation.  If that means that<br/>
person is to be ejected from the group, so be it.<br/>

The fact that you were right (IMHO) and the mage was wrong has<br/>
nothing to do with it.  If the party cannot agree to tactics,<br/>
whatever they may be, then the party will not be effective.<br/>
