At level 45 with a drum, I am a LOT faster than SoC cast by a 47th level
Shaman. Ran a footrace in West Commons, from the Kithicor side. I was
zoned before she got to the dervish camp, and SoC wore off before she made
it across the zone.

It's a dead heat if I sing Accel and the shaman is using Cheetah. Not to
mention the extremely short duration of Cheetah, the extreme long recast
time, etc. She had to wait five minutes before we could try it again.

Forget about SoW, you blow by them like they were walking, and Journeyboots
like they were sneaking.

At this level, accel and drums is scary fast. Nothing, I mean nothing, can
catch you, short of creatures that can summon.
