Unfortunately there is not a cure for stupidity. If you joined a
group that was already established and adventured often, then
you will probably wan't to find another group. If it was a random
gathering of forces, you could probably kick the mage out,
especially if the party leader agreed. If the mage was the party
leader, then you and the other two members have the right to
disband.
