I decided to start a bard on the Test Server for those
rare cases when Mith Marr is unavailable. I got to
level 2 in about 15 minutes doing the watch report
quest running between the bard guild and the docks in
Qeynos. I was getting almost a bubble of xp a
circuit. I don't know if this is an upgrade or not
though.
