I matter-of-factly asked the same questions when I first saw
those pictures. I was in a pick-up group, and someone in the
group gave a pretty good explanation based on the faction hits
you get for killing various mobs in Sol A and Sol B. (I don't
remember the faction hits anymore, as I've killed so many I
don't get some of the positive faction hits.)
