actually, if you can't make a level every hour or 2, powerleveling is kinda
pointless. 1 bub every 2 hours? at 22 i do better than that with a good
group. i would go with the druid if ya have to choose as the damage shield
will make a big difference. go to someplace where you can get a lot of high
blues and whites. sol a and unrest both spring to mind(in unrest camp the
round room by the backdoor if possible, in sol a the rug room). have the
druid buff ya and then pull with snare. you should be able to make a level
every 2-3 hours(i have experience doing this with a much higher level
druid... level an hour to an hour and a half approx). with your healing song
you should be able to keep the pulls coming non-stop till the druid runs out
of mana.

ps. i no longer do this... i get no satisfaction from leveling this way,
although killing den ironblend with my 15th level druid a few times was
funny as hell.

South Karana might be good for you. Rooks - con? Harriers & Avos with your
druid pal. Herman the hermit with either healer. Also High Keep pickclaws.
If you and the shaman can camp the ramp, you should be able to do well
without making any of the rooms too mad. Or maybe the Lookout Room if you
can get it. Also, that guy in the Highkeep jail - Osarian? Good xp til
30ish? Also, your 35 sha should be able to pull Runnyeye gobs to the zone
where you can fite them. If your shaman can pull single shadow men and you
can damage them that might be an option too. Going to need a lot of healing
and MR buffing.
Powerleveling is still lots and lots of killing - dont expect that you will
get like a level in an hour or 2. Getting a bubble of XP per hour is what I
would consider really good.
