I picked up on of these , it looks like a banded bracer , +10 sv poison ,
All/All , but cannot be equipped at all ,
it's a no drop lore item , definitely not an instrument , gotta be a quest
component ,

it's tucked away in the bank now for a rainy day , along with various
lambent components

hope this is for a good quest , just gonna wait it out and see , I'm
checking the quest sites daily for info ,
