The squad ring is a magic item you can get as part of a quest in
RiverVale. It involves killing an absurd amount of goblins and orcs
and turning in the necklaces and belts. The ring itself is a
one-charge item that heals you for something like 80hp. Not too bad
if you're just on the verge of killing something and about to die
yourself, but not something that is gonna save you from a sand-giant
pounding on you either.
