Last time I checked Denon's, back at 42nd when I got Berzerker (another
brass song, attack speed, ac, and strength increase), it was doing 28 per
TICK (5 seconds) with a horn, and 14 without. AC drop was 10/5. Song
duration is three ticks, so that adds up to 84 damage. Seems to go up one
point of damage every two levels. At 24th, it was doing half that damage,
btw. So that 21st level bard is very mistaken.

The best DoT song we have, Chords of Cessation, does 40 points per tick at
48th level, with a lute, and drops attack speed the same amount Melodic
Binding does.
