&quot;&lt;Bard&#39;s name&gt; attempts to cast a spell, but &lt;other non-PvP charcater&#39;s<br/>
name&gt; is protected&quot;. <br/>

So Discord away.... just not anywhere near the Guards. Or the Merchants.<br/>
