I'm not sure what you're considering 'pulses'.

Hymn of Restoration has a duration of approximately 10 - 12 seconds
Most of our DoT's have a duration of about 15 - 18 seconds
(I'm not positive on the time as lag/network latency could be throwing off
my timer)

So, if you mean it doesn't last as long as a DOT you are correct, however it
does last long enough to sing a medly of 3 songs.
