Hmm, can't find my original tests, but I'm pretty sure the
faster overrode the slower. That's the general rule I found
when combining enchanter speedups with bard speedups.

I assume you mean Hymn. You heal 1 hp/tick if you're
standing. If you're sitting it goes to 2 hp/tick, 3 hp/tick
if you're above L25 or L30 or somewhere around there. The
healing from the song is added on top of this.
