skels to spawn.  They started running at 50% health.  With chains they<br/>
walked until 25% health, then stood.<br/>

Yeah, that&#39;s how I remember it.  Bear in mind this was a long<br/>
time ago, so I wouldn&#39;t discount my memory being faulty.  <br/>
Easiest way to test it would probably be to have a L23ish bard<br/>
Chain something at 40% while you fear it.<br/>
