 </span></blockquote>The Eqcaster numbers are from picking apart the spdata.eff<br/>
file.  Sometimes it seems spot on, other times it looks<br/>
nothing like what I see in the game.  I suspect the numbers in<br/>
it are used to generate client-side effects, while the server<br/>
does the real thing which is sometimes different.  The data in<br/>
the file accounts for levels up to 60, probably in preparation<br/>
for the expansion.<br/>
