The problem with Purifying Rhythms is that all but the
strongest are very weak, it's generally not worth using PR.
The only time I've found it necessary is fighting the Maestro
and Dracoliche.

That reminds me. We need to check that the slowdown increase
for Largo's happens at the same level as for Chain.
