I like the idea, but 18 seconds? At level 49? Is that really worthwhile?
Won't most 49+ groups already have haste items for the tanks that this won't
help? Maybe if it ran off a mana counter like Frenzy. Still I see this
like the group evac problems you mentioned. It would be nice at a lower
level, but by that time I would think it would only help a portion of the
group and at 18 seconds, that wouldn't make much difference.

This is by *far* the best idea I've seen for a new song.
Group-centric, very original, and doesn't tread on any other
class' specialties.
