I too was stuck in 23 for along time. Till I discovered the All Instrument
attack while solo'ing Aviaks in SK. 23rd is one of those levels where your
play style has to go a radical change, before 23 I hardly ever used
instruments (except for healing in down time and Selo's). After 23 I used
instrument a good 60% of time till 30, then I would melee or charm :)
