Although EQ is intellectual property (and therefore covered under law), the
rest of the items in your system are NOT the property of EQ, and unless they
can prove beforehand (or at least have probable cause for you
*individually*) that you are using a program to mess with the EQ files then
they are conducting a *serious* breach of invasion of privacy. I only run
from one system (poor old college kid ;pp ), so I really can't monitor what
they are doing while I'm ingame, but if I were you, I would notify my
atorney, and have them send a letter to Verant saying that you had proof of
their snooping, and if they do it again, you will sue.
(One semester of Business Law, and I think I'm friggin Matlock ;pp )
