 </span></blockquote>	Then you&#39;ve never seen a good guild.  My guild has had 4 people<br/>
out of about 80 to 100 leave for other guilds.  A bunch of my guildmates<br/>
have retired from EQ, but obviously that&#39;s not the same thing.  The<br/>
Pantheon has similar numbers (Sylly?).  I heavily urge you to read<br/>
