They're cats ;) Until about level 25-30 you cannot ourun them without drums
just because they're cats.
Cats, Dogs and Bears already run at Near-SOW speed, Cats run faster, Bears
run slower, Dogs run right at SOW.
So, no they don't have SOW but by nature cats are fast ;)
