reguarding the throwing slot, i think your best bet for this slot is the
runed bone fork off squire in upper guk, i dunno the level of him but he's
pretty easy in the 30s, definetly green. the 10 magic, fire and cold resist
are very welcomed.

like others have said, get shin pants and gloves in lower at the zone line,
they usually decay on corpses, i know i'll be running my little lev 6
warrior there soon to get some.
