I thought this all changed when they made cancel magic an offensive spell.
Guess I was wrong, wouldn't be the first time that's for sure. I thought
they made debuffs all aggro'ing spells. Can't wait to try this out.

Largo's is a straight DEBUFF with no DoT effect. Straight Debuff's have
never broken Mez. In fact, Enchanters themselves often use a "Mez, Debuff,
DOT, FEAR" combo when soloing. The DOT pulls the target to them, the fear
chases it off with their pet wailing on it.
