The warden spawns to the right of the platform between two cells against the
wall. He hides almost immediately (he's a rogue). You will need to either
camp where he spawns (so he aggros on you) or keep him timed and keep invis
up so you see him if he spawns. His PH is either a Froglok Shin Knight or
Froglok Shin Warrior. On rare occasions his PH will be either a Ton Knight
or a Shin Shaman (both much easier than the other two). He spawns rather
frequently. The gloves are his common drop, the belt is his rare.
His PH's spawn right where he does so getting him to spawn is just a matter
of keeping his PH's cleared ;)
