Brrrrrr, now we're back to that whole surrealistic vision I have of a
soloing Necro and a Runed Bolster Belt from yesterday, only now the bard's
buffing his pet as his sole song selection??? Now I know I need a vacation.

It won't stick on charmed NPCs. Works fine on summoned pets though.
