Level 38 cleric last night, 161 wis = 1300 mana. He said it
took him 90 seconds to med back a bubble. 1300 mana = 260
mana/bubble. 90 seconds = 15 ticks (6 seconds per tick).
His medding mana regen rate is 17.33 mana/tick.

Two bards, L38 and L39 playing Clarity reduced his med time to
40 seconds per bubble. 40 seconds = 6.67 ticks. 260 mana in
that time = 39 mana/tick.

The two clarities gave him 39 - 17.33 = 21.67 mana/tick.
Assume both clarities gave him an equal amount, and you wind
up with 10.83 mana/tick per bard.

If you do a similar type of calculation with the test I did at
L41 with a L40 cleric, it comes to about 12 mana/tick for
Clarity.

Maybe the 6-7 figure is for non-meditating, and medding
doubles the mana given per Clarity tick?
