Yep, Mithril Breastplate is definitely better than Befallen stuff.
Something on my "if I ever get the chance" list anyhow. Still, if they
increase the loot on mobs by that much, ie go to 6-8 items of Vox+10 power,
things will get boring for high levels faster not slower. Anyone who's been
in a "Monty Haul" D&D campaign probably knows that loot can never get better
fast enough to keep players interested. Those GM's that go that way always
fail.
