I use the movement keys drilled into my muscle memory from Quake:
W, straight
A, turn left
D turn right
S, back

So, for convenience, I make

Q, Autorun
E, select nearest NPC
F, Combat mode
Z, duck (which I really need to change to C)

I select songs via the number keys above. This leaves my right hand free to
mouse.
