The attack slowdown from this song is impressive to say the least. Stacking
it ON TOP of a shaman/enchanter (OMFG Tugur's is insane slow)speed debuff is
just plain evil. I almost feel sorry for the poor little computer controlled
mob as we watch it swing casually once every 10 sec or so.
