I noticed the same thing. Choke seems to take a lot more out of the critter
than its numbers would suggest. It makes me wonder if Critter AC isn't
wholly dependent on Agility or something.

I will agree about the DD. Sanity WArp (75 mana for 92 damage... and it
is all or nothing. No partials) I almost never keep
memmed (unless I am secondary enchanter in a group with a shaman)
However, I can notice a distinct difference in the length of the
battle when I cast Choke on the critter
For 50 mana, Choke is a DOT that does 20 HP damage (unless its partially
resisted) right off. Then it does 12HP damage for 5 more rounds (60 total.
Even if partially resisted, this happens fully) Plus, it decreases the
strength of the critter by 10 and the agility by 10
I think this is quite efficient and it makes a noticeable effect on
the length of the battle when I do rather than do not cast it.
