Its a lengendary character that hops server to server looking for his pet dragon.  I first saw him on Innoruuk server, then The Nameless, then The Tribunal...   Suppose to have a dragon invisible as a pet. This is rumor, few people have actually meet this character and seen his pet.   There is a cartoon about him on one of the sites about him screaming for his pet.<br/>
