i asked my 54 bard friend. parry did not go up at 54, it stayed at 75. it
looks like 1h slashing is 3 per level. piercing is either 2 per level, or
it goes up a lot slower. he is at 212 1h slashing, 208 piercing, 75 parry
at level 54.
