This is easy to fix if you're a bard. I can get the Sarnaks from glare to
dubious with one application of Carillion and walk unmolested thru the
Citadel. This also means those wandering Sarnaks don't bother me when I'm
whupping up on their goblin foes, although they have assisted on occassion!

We were getting them near the Sarnak fortress in Lake of Ill Omen.
We petitioned, and the guide said if a sarnak even looked at you, you
got on its aggro list -- and thus got faction hits
