Hehehe
Equipment with "Effects" needs to be right clicked on to activate it or it
is just an 'always on' effect (A-la haste belts).
Melee weapons with effects can be either Proc(cessing) effects, which
activate automatically during combat or Triggered, activated by right
clicking.
99% of weapons with effects are Proc(cess)ing weapons.
ALL other equipment is either "always on" or Triggered.
