Almost made it to level 11, and I know the next song is  Cinda&#39;s <br/>
Charismatic Carrillion. The description in EQVault say it adds NPC <br/>
faction. I remember reading somewhere that this song is broken?<br/>

So it is worth getting? I am a bit short of gold right now. And can <br/>
anybody tell me what this song really does?<br/>
