I dunno but many bards have reported that there's a dramatic difference
between 130 dex and 100 dex. My suspicion is that there are 10 point
"cutoffs" that things are modified by. From personal experience 1 or 2
points never seemed to make much difference in things but whenever I do a 10
or more point jump in a stat I notice some dramatic changes. (except AGI,
it really is wasted over 100)

Just my thoughts. Again, no factual testing, just kind of an analysis from
2 years of playing.
