Well if I was writing up a message to send out to the User community I sure
would take the 30 seconds to find out. I do that weekly currently. I think
my Users would be pretty disgusted to if I put out a Users change
notification that said:
"That fund program you were using for transfer on those tech things
is no longer
showing credits that should be debits"
I don't think it's too much to ask for a little professionalism.
It's Tarew's Aquatic Ayre btw, and no I did not have to look it up. I'm
pretty sure the other is just Anthem de Arms, but give me 30 seconds and I
can be sure, less if I had a spell database locally.

How many of our bards could tell you off the top of their head the name of
their songs?
I can't tell you what the exact name of Faesong's underwater breath song is.
I'm not
even quite sure what the full name of "Anthem" is without looking it up.
There are quite enough things to get upset at Verant about without
stretching to come up with more.
