Good info thanks. I suspected that but have never been sure quantitatively
how much high charisma affects charming success. Would it be worthwhile to
boost my charisma to 150+ for charm fighting? I have access to the gear to
do it, but would lose a whole lotta AC in the process. I can get to 130 or
so easily without much AC loss.

I was able to charm them at level 30 but it's safer to do it at 32, they
resist a LOT at level 30 and 31. 32 it gets a lot better. I stuck to
Clopses and griffies and such till level 32.
