Client does a check when a drop action is initiated.
Is the No Drop switch set to Drop? if yes drop the item.
Is the No Drop switch set to confirm? if yes then Confirm.
Is the No Drop switch set to No Drop? If yes then display "You have chosen
not to drop items, if you wish to drop this item please change your No Drop
setting"
