I didn't really do anything special. I always had my drum equipped and
rotated charm, selo's and put in a hymn when he got too close.
With regular cyclopses if I was hurting I would equip the lute as I would
be fast enough to get away from them with selo's. But Tarskuk I would
definitely keep some good distance and use the drum.
I didn't have much lambent and about the only CHA enhancing item I had was
Mask of Deception. I'm guessing you may have tried at 27.
