neck:  i don&#39;t know that there is a clear winner here.  cape of midnight mist, chrysoberyl talisman are options.<br/>
         basically anything with ac (i.e. not a black pearl necklace)<br/>
shoulders:  crested spaulders<br/>
back: lizard scale cloak<br/>
waist: thick leather apron<br/>
