The Order of THunder is not gotten by a quest. THe Medal of Merit
is. And the Medal of Merit is still not No Drop. The ORder of Thunder
was looted off Drosco, the zombie in the Qeynos sewers. (And maybe some of
the paladins around Qeynos. I never killed any)
