Yes, I tend to avoid buying from people I don't know because
many of the folks selling stuff are probably kill-stealing
campers who do nothing but monopolize a spawn site all day.

To interrupt casters with dual wield, you not only want a fast
primary weapon, but a secondary weapon that is fast but of a
different speed (to minimize the number of synchronized
attacks). I haven't been able to determine if the damage you
do has any bearing on your chance to interrupt. The messages
usually go by too quickly for me to do any useful research on
it. :-(
