I too have noticed a lot of missed notes -- but I
figured that since I was about to level, I was just
noticing it more.
Honestly, resists of fear/chains and early breaks have
made it difficult to use fear kiting as a regular
tactic for me.
I much prefer selos and bellow to soften them up, lure
them to a quiet spot, whip out the brass/lute combo
and make the kill quickly.
