case, since his name pre-dates fabian's existance the name SHOULD be left
alone) Then there is a chance that an over-zealous GM or Guide may make the
guy change his name (See parenthesied text if you wanna warn this guy how to
deal with the situation should that happen)

I was a senior in the guide program for a very long time. The "RULEZ" state
that players may not have the names of significant characters in the
EverQuest environment. But since the player's name pre-dates Fabian he
SHOULD be grandfathered.
