Kill the willowisps and get the Greater Lightstones.
Take them to the Gypsies in North Karanas, her
name starts with an "M". Give them to her and
she will give you a book (wizard something).
Sell the book back to her or take to Quenos and
sell for about 10PP.
PS. Book only goes in general inventory slot
so have some open. I made about 200PP
doing this between levels 11 and 14.
