Thanks for the response. I was planning on heading to lguk when I hit 32 and trying to actually get in some groups down there. I ended up getting to following equipment with the proceeds from my forest loop:

Lambent Breastplate
EE Bag
Runed Falchion
+9 cha necklace
+5 dex +7 cha ring (2)
All in all, I think I did pretty well.

i'm not sure if you want to quest for all your lambent or not, but with 2k
you can easily buy lambent arms, boots, and gloves, with enough left over
for a cloak of the icebear or a lizardscale cloak.
