were running programs which monitored communications to your own PC on the<br/>
slim possibility that they might be reading the data that they sent to you.<br/>
I would guess that their lawyer is a standard business practice lawyer with<br/>
little experience in copyright and intellectual property law and none in<br/>
constitutional law.<br/>
