could be bound by those who can bind to places other than cities.  It really <br/>
screws the party when all the spell casters are bound to a dungeon and we <br/>
hapless bards and warriors have to run for 15 minutes just to get to our <br/>
putrid corpses.  My two dubloons.<br/>
