Hehe thats gonna change halana... 32 = mana song = you're not "allowed" to
sing anything else during pulling time. Hence all your other skills will go
do the little whirlpool thing as they get flushed out due to manasong during
downtime... However during down time i still do 2 pulse of clarity and one
of regen. Saves alot of down time/mana for the healers.

I actually got mine up quite a bit camping stuff on a timed spawn...
especially if you have like 2 mins of downtime waiting for the spawn...
seemed to work pretty well. Also have done the same thing in groups just
about anywhere if you have any sort of wait while stuff is being pulled,
etc. I'm not max but it does go up when i do this :)
